"Mark was very, very good. He always had time to talk and answer questions. He was very easy to work with, was available to call at any time, had a wealth of resources and skills to draw on and was really good at drawing out my best. He’s a nice guy who gets you thinking and then makes sure you’ve really absorbed what you’ve learnt. He’s almost like dealing with an old friend who wants to help you grow. Some of the course stuff can be pretty high end in wording and he puts it back into layman’s terms. I also really liked that he taught me to deal with people in the field, give and receive challenge, ask the right questions and steer procedures in the right direction. I’m working on big civil projects now and am dealing with the regulations and codes of practice on a daily basis. Mark has definitely made my job easier in the field. "

" Mark’s a really good bloke. He went out of his way for me. I was with Main Roads at the time and he worked with me to finish the Certificate IV in Supervision, so I could keep progressing in my career. He worked in with me and planned his schedule around me. I needed someone who was flexible so he even offered to let me study with him at his home on my one day off per week. No-one’s ever offered me that. He was very knowledgeable. I’d refer him 100%. "
" He’s very knowledgeable. He does a lot of training both for myself and the staff here. I’ve put a lot of people onto Mark and it’s always been a successful step. If people want to progress, I give them over to Mark and they are always very happy. They usually come back asking what they can do next. His knowledge is the greatest thing, but the fact that he’s always available and pushes through to get things done right every time counts for a lot. He has a great ability to make people think of things differently and he brings out their best. He works big hours to be there for people and there is no doubting he’s the genuine article."
" When I first met Mark he was very helpful in every way possible. He asked about my career direction and helped me identify what courses I needed to do. He always put me first. If I had any questions, he did whatever he needed to do to give me the best solution. It was nothing for him to stay up till midnight to get me the info I required. He also doesn’t sign you off until he knows, and you know, you can step into the role. He thinks nothing of offering the extra details and assistance that makes all the difference. Not only is he a good trainer, but he’s also become a good friend."

He was good to work with and was thorough. I have referred a lot of other people to him and those people have given good feedback about him too. "
"To be honest, I started out as his student but now have a formed a personal friendship with him. He was very interested in what I was doing, put the course into layman’s terms for me and shed light on areas I wasn’t clear about. What really stood out was the time he was willing to invest in me. He probably spent 8 to12 hours working on each module with me. The content of the courses helped me considerably. I’m now employed using those skills. He’s definitely one of the better instructors around. I’d definitely recommend him. "
