His students praise his service because though he liked being ‘on the tools’, stepping into training and assessment in 2007 was a move that aligned his heart with his skills. Combining his 20 years of industry experience, his communication skills and his heart for people, Solutions Driven was founded on a commitment to treating people right. It has stayed that way ever since.

Starting his training company with a commitment to flexibility and a trainee-centered approach, he has not looked back.

Prior to September 2014, referrals from previous students kept Mark’s roster full, however after meeting two other trainer-assessors with a similar commitment and skills, Solutions Driven has gone online and seeking to provide more.
